HP Printer ( Photosmart 510 )

The printer works OK with Windows 8 but there are no shortcut icons on the desktop. I do not like the start page with the tiles so I use the regular desktop. The only problems are the shortcuts for the HP Printer and the shortcut for Solitaire. I have not been able to use Solitaire with Windows 8.

I have the RTM release of Windows 8.

I now have shortcut icons on my Windows 8 desktop which I much prefer to the Windows 8 start screen with the tiles.
