I have been working on my main PC and I just installed an Intel 330 SSD (120GB) and reinstalled Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit from scratch and tuned it for the SSD. My data drive is a Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB drive and I switch cases for additional cooling.
In a week or teo, I'll build a new PC from spare parts I have laying around and I'll run Windows 8 Enterprise on this box for testing. The dual boot setup I had was problematic and I had several issues that went away when I reinstalled Win7 and got rid of the dual boot. I run Acronis TIH13 and that may have been the problem.
