Solved Problem installing chipset driver

Hello,

I just upgraded from win7 to win8 on my EasyNote TS11 HR and i have a huge batterydrain and the fan is going crazy even though i am not running any demanding programs. I went to packard bells homepage to download the drivers for windows 8. All the drivers installs fine except the chipset driver version 9.3.0.1021. When i try to install this driver theres a crash and the blue screen with the sad smiley pops up, and then the computer restarts.

Any ideas how to solve this issue?

The bluescreen gives me this message: system_thread_exception_not_handled (nvlddmkm.sys)

Solved it. managed to install the chipset driver after uninstalling the Nvidia drivers.
