Hello all. okay so i run my system with my 955 BE clocked at 4.0 Ghz (210x19) and 1.4250 Volts and have ALWAYS used MSRPhenomTWKR to set custom cool and quiet states while overclocked so that my system would idle at 800Mhz and draw less power and keep it below 30'c. however with windows 8, MSRphenomTWKR will now install and therefore i cannot use it.
does anyone know how to get cool and quiet to work on an Overclocked AMD CPU in windows 8 so i can idle my chip? (for those that don't know cool and quiet no longers works when you overclock past a certain point, so you need a work around)
any help is greatly appreciated
