Zinframe driver

I'm running a full version of Win8 on screens with ZaagTech multitouch hardware (frame). I downloaded their zinFrame Server which works fine both on the start screen and the desktop. The problem is that even though it is loaded at startup it needs to be activated each time the system is restarted. Before that, touch isn't working, meaning I have no touch support when logging in.
Is this a known problem and are there any solutions?
