Windows Media Player Visual Style? (wmploc.dll)

Hi Guys, I'm new here

Windows Media Player, yeah it still exist on Windows 8
but the UI's still same like windows 7, so I have an idea to make new UI based on metro UI style for Windows Media Player.

there are some problems that I have encountered, about like where should I change / edit the resource (bitmap, image, etc)

I'm using a resource hacker to open the wmploc.dll, but still confused which one should I replace.
I didn't get instructions to do this, so can someone can help me to find what resources must be replaced?

I do not like Music Player from Windows 8, because Music Player Windows 8 doesnt have an equalizer .

I got an error
I finished edit all resource, and replace it to wmploc.dll (System32 and SysWOW64)
but WMP player doesnt open (when I click WMP player doesnt show anything)

then, I changed my mind to make a WMP Metro Skin
this is my concept, Please comment/suggest something. This is just a concept

At leats I must learn how to use a XML Script
