Changing Default Lock screen

HI I have 2 users here on win8 RTM enterprises both have their own lockscreens but sometimes if the system didn't shutdown properly (maybe) a default screen / image appears how can I change that ?

p.s is it possible to change logon screen (which has all the users)

I was working on that on Win8 Pro.
2 users, different lock screens, but neither shows, it shows the default spire one. Hate that one

they are located in C:\Windows\Web\Screen which is owned by trustedinstaller. I would not change that, by trying to take ownership of the folder.
So I am trying to figure out how to get this to stop.

Took ownership of the individual files one at a time (only way i could) and moved them out.
Did this for both users. Then deleted, C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\LockScreen_U
You will see several depending on how many different ones you have tried. It is a cache only and they will be recreated. so it's ok to delete them.

Didn't work. so they are cached elsewhere as well. I didn't work on it very long, but will.
I am sure someone will come up with a better alternative.

I'd like to get the autumn leaves lockscreen that was in RP. I don't have RP installed any more, and a quick search through the .iso (expanded) didn't locate it. Anyone know where I can find the file containing that background?

but it is only 180KB so not very good resolution.

if I had the RP ISO then I would use Virtual Box or VMWARE to install it and copy the wallpaper
