Can I have new apps automatically install in the left-most group?

Thanks in advance for your help. Obviously, if I am installing an application, it is likely one I am going to actually use. Is there no way for me to configure Windows 8 so that new application installations will place the App Tiles on the left-most, or at least in the viewable screenspace, side of my Metro desktop? Thanks for any tips. Alternatively, is there simply a key shortcut that allows me to select a group of app tiles and shift them quickly, as a group, to a particular group or to the left side of my desktop? Thanks!

The short answer is, doubtfull

I doubt that will ever be the case unless it can be setup in the installer itself.
As Metro is so new, that won't be possible on any older applications unless they update and make the installer do it.
Or MS updates Metro back end to do so.

Switch to the "Start" screen. Left-click on the "-" (hyphen or dash) in the lower righthand corner. Left-click on the group of tiles you want to move and drag them.
