Changing taskbar color msstyle

I want to change the taskbar color for the black theme of this VS to be darker: Aeromod 2 by neiio on DeviantArt

Is there any good way to go about doing this?

First, you need to have some experience with graphics and a decent graphics program.

Second, you'll need a program called Windows Style Builder which you can find here: Ave's Windows Style Builder

After installing WSB you'll have to import the msstyles file and export all the graphics associated with the taskbar (there will be quite a few), edit them (or make new ones) then reimport them into WSB
