Nar, that would only be able to specify a single background image instead.

Since desktop backgrounds are user specific, you could have each person using the computer have their own user account and not share an account if you are. This way the only one that could change your account's desktop background would be you.

You would then be able to setup a desktop slideshow for what you wanted without worry of it being changed.

Just wondering. Is it possible to remove access of an already admin account to create new accounts?

If I can use the gpedit.msc to disable changing the wallpaper, is it possible to remove making a new user account as well? I think it will be easier.

I see. I don't mind changing the user status from administrator to standard user. However I don't want to put in the password everytime there are software updates or the user is trying to install software. I would like to give them that freedom.
