Solved Automatic black background

I've got a primarily white wallpaper centered on my desktop. It's surrounded by black borders. In windows 7 and XP I had the possibility of changing the basic background color, I don't see it in 8.1 anymore.

I'd like to change it to white.

Any ideas?

Maybe someone else knows if there's a way to set the wallpaper background. In the meantime all I can suggest is to use an image editor such as IrfanView or another that lets you choose the background color when creating a new image. Then just paste your image into the selection area.

Yeah well I ended up Photoshopping it in the middle of a 1920x1080 white canvas. Thanks for the tips anyway!
