Hello,
I am currently working on a genealogy project.
I am entering 1700+ names and dates into a awesome open source software.
My set up is .... Wordpad open to text I am entering from on the left side of screen. Website open on right side of screen.
I am trying to streamline this process as much as possible, but when I click to enter a "new person" a new window pops up with the "form" to fill in and it opens in the middle of the screen which covers half of both files.

How can I set this to open directly over the window that it opens FROM ? so that my internet windows stay on the right and my text file on the left and nothing is covered when entering the data?

HELP! Moving the window every single entry is frustrating and time consuming not to mention if I move it a little too far right the slider is hidden.

is the "new person" popup a open and close type thing? or can it just be left open behind another windows and then brought to the front when needed

Its a "form" that you fill in to add the person then you save it and it closes... then you click on Male or Female (If adding a child for example) and another window opens up and you do the same. This is where the problem lies... every time I add someone the form window opens but is too far to the left covering the text file I need to read to get the info to enter.
