Windows 8.1 Customization problem

have almost made Windows 8.1 look like Vista, But i have one problem. The top and bottom of the explorer window is a different color (See picture) Im not sure what .dll that part of the explorer window is. Im thinking explorerframe.dll but im not sure. 2014-12-07 17_56_59-Program Manager.png

You may not be able to exactly use Windows Vista for windows 8.1 or 8. But, if you click on Color, You can change the color of the taskbar and that color 'error' You may have mistakenly put it to black. Hope this helps!
