Sorry for the barely understandable title, I couldn't fit my entire query within the character limit.
Basically what I want is to disable the feature, that minimizes/hides all other windows when I hover over a taskbar thumbnail. It's extremely annoying when I hold meetings and presentations, that my desktop shows all the time, while I am switching windows by selecting a taskbar thumbnail, it's just unprofessional.
Alt+Tab has the same annoying effect, so that's no solution either. If the only way to make Windows stop with this is to disable previewing windows alltogether when hovering over a thumbnail, that's fine by me, the most important thing is, that it should not touch the other windows.
I hope there is a solution for this. Thanks in advance!

- Some of the hardware might seem odd (PSU, SSD), but I'm not wasting money on replacing perfectly functional hardware only because a newer version is out. Nor am I willing to pay extortion money for replacements or intended upgrades (GPU, RAM), especially if that "upgrade" has a hardware design flaw (CPU).
