How to change inactive window titlebar/border color?

I've tried finding the answer and there seems to be a lot of people wanting to do this but I can't seem to find a solution.

I like the way windows 8 looks for the most part, but the bright inactive window color is counter intuitive and hideous in my opinion.

What is the simplest and most effective way to change this?

Thanks.

Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Left > Inactive
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Right > Inactive
Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top > Inactive

test it, save, move your theme in Themes folder and apply the theme

and if you want that the colour of windows not to be changed when you change the wallpaper edit the .theme file in notepad, find AutoColorization=1 and replace it by 0
