Windows 8 - Themes Creation Error

Hi,

Is there anyone good in creating anime themes for Windows 8? I'm not sure what is wrong with my startpanel customization but the test refuses to work . Please guide me.

I had made several copies of that theme one of it i start with the startpanel, the other one start from the explorer shell first.. both works fine until when I came to when the one that start with the startpanel it prompts me error at the explorer shell while the one I started working from the explorer shell first prompt me error at the startpanel.. What in the world is going on.. Lols... I not sure is the way i edited wrongly or whatsoever.. but I do know I doing it the right way.. mostly is a program bug..
