How to change the lockscreen password input screen

Hello all, longtime lurker, first time new user poster.

I'm running Windows 8.1 and I've run across an issue I haven't been able to find a solution to.
I want to switch the password input screen part of the lock screen.
Let me explain a little bit, there is a picture screen you get first when you lock you pc which is easy to change.
But after you hit enter or whatever it goes to a super bland solid color background and shows your account and has an area for you to input your password....That solid color password input screen is what I want to change.
More precisely I want to change it into a wallpaper of some sort.

I do know the color is tied to your personalization of colors on the system but a solid color across the screen looks horribly juvenile to say the least.

Well thank you for the reply Edwin, I suppose a picture pass wouldn't hurt for now.
Hopefully in the future someone can figure out just a replacement for that background with conventional login.

There is no way to change the background of the Sign-in screen. It is a solid color background that matches the color scheme that you choose for the Start screen. And, since the Sign-on screen is only displayed momentarily, there is really no need to even bother with changing its background.
