I have no clue what the problem is. But there are times where you're going to need to uninstall a third party theme patcher. Such as the new windows 8.1 update. However, even if I do a clean install, and then use a 3rd party them patcher, such as UltraUXThemePatcher or UXTheme patcher, the "restore" or uninstall options for these programs leave me with a blank screen at the log in screen. Even if I run sfc /scannow at ANY time, it has no effect. I can do a fresh install, fine. But what about the next time I need to restore the patched files and can't do it? Any insight on this? Please!
