How to load more programs in WIN+X menu?

How to load more programs into this menu?



Or how to edit this menu using registry or any other way ?
This is what i want so to add more programs to this menu for unattended installation.

I do not need other programs i just one to add more items to this place how ?

i tried to add programs manualy without any program and found that windows 8.1 has winx folder with power menu i can edit add or whatever but the problem is that does not add new programs just with win+x menu adds.

I do not know how the hell this program is working.
Maybe it adds the registry key with path in to regedit or how ?
