Solved Desktop background image disappeared
All of sudden my wifes desktop background disappeared and it became solid black.
The chosen image still appears on the desktop tile tho the actual desktop is solid black
Solid black can be changed to a different color
Attempts to change image only affects the desktop tile on start screen
