win8 startup sound resource ?

where can I find the startup sound that i'd like to replace ?

Are you trying to replace one that you have already activated or are you trying to turn on the default startup sounds? See here:

ahaha, 19 mb in win7 & 66 mb in win8 for a stupid dll, I wonder what they're drinking or smoking .. .
