How to Remove Windows 8.1 Build 9431 Watermark

For those who care (or dare). I have tested this procedure to remove the Windows 8.1 Preview Build 9431 watermark (on my test rig) and it works without issue if you follow the recommended steps of the author:

Also, I see no ill effects (initially) on the metro apps; however, I have not done complete and thorough testing in this area.

ok after an update today I received a water mark.. I never had one before never applied the fix and received one today after an update..
