Whenever I try to move the tiles after half a second, they snap back. If I unpin any tiles they re appear after a restart. I have no idea why they're doing this and it's so annoying. Does anyone know how to stop this?

Thanks,
Rick

From my experience, you have to create a new group to move the tiles. You can do this by dragging a tile to either the extreme right or left side of the screen, wait for the dividing bar to appear, and then releasing the tile. Once done, it should snap into the new group. As far as removing tiles, I simply unpin them from the start screen and they stay unpinned (eg, they don't come back). Good luck.

Has anyone ever found a solution to this? I've used a lot of Windows 8 computers and just ran into this anomaly for the first time.
