Solved Adding a tile...?

Really dumb question....how the heck do I add a tile to the Metro GUI. I can move them around and remove them, but I can't for the life of me figure out to add a new one.

I found when you install a new program a tile is created, you can then move it to where you want it.
Also when using IE in the Metro you can pin a site as a tile, just right click and choose the pushpin icon to create a tile to pin to the Metro screen.

Problem is, that doesn't strike me as very intuitive. I'm thinking there should be some kind of tile/button/hotkey/hot corner to take you straight to an apps menu. I know Microsoft is going for a paradigm shift, but they need to make managing your applications more convenient. And the right click to select, then left click on the 'Pin' button isn't immediately obvious either.

I agree, most of what I've found is by accident.

I keep having to remind myself that this an Alpha release not a Beta.
It took me awhile to find the shutdown button.
