Windows color

Hey guys!
Something that bothers me is that I can't or don't know how to change the color of the window that is not chosen, instead it's the default white.

Ill add an example of the ''problem''

Does anyone know how to fix this, or change that color of the window that I havent chosen.

    That's basically it.
Yeeeaah, thats not what i meant. What I meant was that, lets say I have two windows open, and the one that is active is the color i chose in the personalization settings and the ''idle'' window which I am not currently doing anything on is grayish white, I find that color utterly repulsive as it is such a light color.

What I am looking for is some tip or program to change that color to something darker or whatever, something like Aero in Win7

That's exactly what I posted. See my links in the other post, I've made some darker experimental theme.

You cannot change much, not even a thing by using the default theme.

Yes, the white as inactive color sucks.
