Solved Can you arrange icons in toolbars?

I made a toolbar on my taskbar of a folder with a few things in it. I can drag and rearrange the icons on the toolbar but, every time I reset/shut down/log out or anything, the icons all return to the default positions. Is there any way to get the icons to save their given arrangements?

Thanks for the reply, your tutorials are always pretty great. Unfortunately, disabling auto arrange did not seem to help with my problem.

Have you tried deleting ones you want to change order of and reinstalling them.
its been my experience that new shortcuts remain at the bottom until I move them up.
Then they stay unless I right click & click on Sort by name

I used to be able to arrange the icons, and then I encountered this problem. I tried a few things to fix it, but nothing worked. I gave up and let them auto-arrange and, in less than a week, the problem went away for no apparent reason.
