Solved Windows 8 Keyboard Navigation Shortcuts

Does anybody know a good website with WIN 8 Keyboard Navigation Short Cuts? I've been wondering if there is a short cut you can use to flip back and forth to certain apps or from the start screen back to the desktop. I am running Win 8 but without a touch screen. I'm curious to find out if there are shortcuts to simply bring Control Panel Up, Win Update, Etc... Any help is greatly appreciated. :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Winkey takes you in/ out of desktop. Move your desktop tile to be first in upper left corner of tiles. Whenever you are in Start Screen and press Enter it will take you to Desktop instead of opening a program or app.
