Hello!
I would like to change the color schemes for applications. For instance, in MS Word, I need to make the background completely dark and the text green, in order to minimize the screen radiation.
In Win 7, I can go to Personalization > Windows color > Advanced appearance settings >Windows color and appearance. Here I can change colors for Desktop, title bar, scroll bar, window text, etc. But unfortunately, in Win 8 there is no Windows color link in the Personalization window. I looked all over but cannot find the "Windows color and appearance" window.
Can someone help?
Thanks.
