How to make monitors display same background

Ok in a pre release version of Windows 8 I was able to make both monitors display the wallpaper on both monitors. Now I have had the full version since day 1 and I still can't figure out how to stop it from displaying different pics at different times.

If you just wanted to have a single image to display on each display, then you could use step 8 in OPTION TWO of the tutorial below to do so instead of using a desktop slide show.

Maybe use one of the panoramic themes for Win 8 from Microsoft?
