How transfer keyboard to windows 8?

Windows 8 comes with a mnemonic Russian keyboard. Unfortunately it is useless, since it lacks 4 letters.I have a complete mnemonic Russian keyboard, working in windows 7. Both windows are 64 bits.Is it possible to transfer this keyboard into windows 8? How?Thanks in advance
