Solved icon size slider

im finding the lack of a slider to size my icons in a window really annoying, i have only four library items music ,docs vids, and pics.
i want to be able to have icons bigger than "large icons " but smaller than "extra large icons"
as i do in 7.
is this possible and am i missing the obvious thats hidden

edit, already found a fix, its press ctrl +win key and scroll up or down to re-size as you do in win 7 .

this is a bit of a darwin now, but i think i will post as it may help others. :huh:

ctrl and scroll up still works on my Windows 8 Professional
