Customization options faded out.

Hi,

I recently installed Windows 8. However, the customization options in "Change PC Settings" are all faded out and I'm unable to click any of the colours/pictures.

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong, and if there's a possible solution?

Does it say something about needing to activate your copy of Windows 8? You may need to check and make sure you're activated.
