Solved System Configuration Changes

Hello all, I've been running windows 8 for the last while and it's been great. I was just wondering about a few things regarding customization:

How to:

• Configure a single application such as regedit to bypass UAC during launch whilst keeping UAC on.
• Creating a static entry in

  so windows does not show your* email address* on the* logon* screen*. Works till logon then you see your "test" revert back to your email address*.
• Where/what are the files/dependencies to run metro. Mostly interested where the data is stored to indicate the metro UI to minimize upon switch to desktop and where the image files are stored for the backdrop (similar to the web folder, not sure if they use a .dll or res file instead based on the set list provided by default).

Thanks in advance for the assistance, I've been slowly but surely rewriting the registry and system files however wasn't quite sure about a couple things after a solid 6 hours of work.
