We really need the DMP files created when the system crashes as they are the only source of information as to what drivers were loaded and what happened just prior to the crash. Without them we can only give educated generic help.


If you are experiencing "BSOD'S" or Blue screens of death please follow these instructions to find and upload the information we need to find the cause of the problem.

If you can boot normally do so and go here to download Capt.Jack.Sparrows great data collection app. Windows 8 Log Collector

If you cant boot normally try booting into safe mode with networking (F8). If successful also download Capt.Jack.Sparrows collection app.

After downloading it, please run it as admin (elevated privileges) and click the get all button.

When finished compress (ZIP) the file and upload it to us here.

Please provide any other info (ie system specs, when the crashes occur, etc.) that might be useful too.

Take the zip file and start a new thread in this section. If you already have a current thread upload it there.

Please dont post your DMP files and BSOD's here. Start your own thread and provide us with the information we need to solve them for you as quickly as possible,
