    Help this Newbie!

Hello everyone, I'm new to the Windows 8 forum. I recently installed Windows 8 on my PC, but I'm having some difficulties. I cant seem to get online and browse the web. On the desktop there's a big black and white pigeon and its just staring at me. Do know what to do? On the bottom left where the Start menu should sit, it says LOSER, pls help.

Now you can find a lot of pseudo-8, made on the basis of Win7. This is dangerous, unless of course you are not a collector of such software.

I see you have a Fake Version of Windows 8 you will need to Downgrade to Windows 7 and then Upgrade to a Legitimate Version of Windows 8

see First Tutorial: Upgrading a 7 to an 8 For more Information

    Hope This Helps,
    Josh

Your problem is that someone must have taped a paper over your monitor with the Windows 8 OS on it, as a joke.
I recommend that you put a Windows 7 install disc into your drive, and install Windows 7 so you can remove the Windows 8 Desktop.
Otherwise you will not be able to use your computer.

Also, I believe that your prankster has downloaded a pirated version of Windows 8 due to the LOSER menu on the taskbar. They should be more careful where they get that stuff.
