Today I logged into Facebook for my quad-yearly check in.
I realize that I still hate social networking sites and wonder why I keep it.

Facebook: It's addictive whether you like it or not. You keep coming back to it even though you know it's doing you no good.

As for me, I use it just to organise things with my friends who seldom answer the phone or check their email but are ALWAYS on Facebook

Thanks Kathryn, yes they moved in OK on Saturday, which meant I had the grandkids all day. It wasn't does the tiring out part but having to be up and down all day didn't do my joints much good, that evening I had the most awful cramp in both legs at the top, it really made me cry, they still hurt the next day but at least they didn't cramp again.

The eldest is 2 and the baby is 9 months so it's not as if you can give them jobs to do to keep them occupied

It's nice and quiet today, mind you I've done a load of washing and starting to get back into a routine again.
