My first BSOD in 3 years

Well I just had my first BSOD since April 2012.:eek:
I haven't had one on Windows 7 since I stopped "experimenting with "optimizers and un necessary software---NOPE!
I haven't had one since I started using Windows 8.1---NEVER!
But just a few minutes ago I had one on Tech Preview. Being that it originally was a Win 7 laptop, I'm in the process of getting the Win 8 drivers from ASUS, and updating the HD 2000 (Generic) graphics driver, updating my software to the Win 8 versions, it's no wonder I got a Blue Screen...but it corrected itself and I've had no problems since, I think it was a USB hub that was the problem or I should've rebooted earlier.

So the question is:
Does this BSOD count(being an Alpha version of an OS) that I should update my signature?:think:

No. But you should realise that drivers are (almost always) 3rd party so your sig is fairly senseless anyway. You'd have to try quite hard to get a BSOD not caused by a driver.

Oh it's easier than you think, and I'd win that bet...All I have to do is install IOBITs Advanced System Care and let it run in the background for a week or so. It would nuke my registry, constantly change all my system settings, and probably put more holes in my Firewall than Al Capone with his Tommy gun.

When I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, it BSOD as soon as I plug in the Ethernet cord, every time.
