I'm a collector of toys - computers, tablets, mp3 etc. Thought it would be neat to understand how I rank in the toy department when compared to others - might be embarrassing but --

If you want to just count that would be fine or list them if you'd rather.

All I'll say to this is that my camera gear alone would fill several family sized suitcases and if listed would exceed the page length allowed

There's no way I can compete with you all, but here's my short and sweet list anyway...

Custom Desktop with FX-6300
iPad mini with retina display
iPoad Nano (5th gen)

Used to have a HP Envy x2 (the old one) but I had to sell that in order to get the iPad.

I'll start to add to my list in the future, but for the time being I would like to upgrade my desktop as much as I can, but I might be able to pick up a Toshiba Chromebook 2 next summer. We'll see.

Hmm I don't consider electronics such as computers to be toys, But besides my computer I have a Nintendo DSi XL. I also have a Ipod Nano 5th Generation and a really old ipod shuffle somewhere I think. In my opinion a toy is a type of dog or something you get as a kid, and Im not a kid anymore.

A dog is not a toy (unless it's a stuffed one ), nor is it for Christmas (ref a UK advertising campaign some years ago). It's a commitment and a responsibility.

That's why I don't have one.

Bad enough looking after our friend's 3 pooches when she goes away. Give me a piece of electronic equipment any day .

Since this is, after all, a Computer forum, I'll stick to PC's in my list.

Ten running systems, and six more in some state of disrepair.
Were I to list parts and gizmos, including my Ham Radio Equipment, I could easily exceed the limit of this forum for a single post.

Just what I need: no walks, no food.

It bears a remarkable resemblance to a fancy coffee-making machine (but could maybe make a nicer cup of coffee ).

Mike: I don't suppose you remember a sheep screensaver from about 15 yrs. ago, where the sheep wandered off the edge of the screen? I'd love a copy of that. It might even persuade me to use a screensaver again.
