Hi everyone. My mother-in-laws facebook was duplicated by a scammer and invites to accept her as friends was sent out to everyone on her list. No damage done as everyone was quickly alerted and the account either blocked or unfriended. As they have used pictures of my two grandkids as part of the fake account this has left me seething.
I have accepted the fake account as a friend just to see where it was going to lead to. This shouldn't cause me a problem as I have no personal details on my account and even the email address used to log in doesn't really exist.
I sat back and waited and after an hour I started receiving personal messages. I have printed the conversation so far below. I want to string them along and waste their time but could use some ideas. I've left it that I'm off to look for my mobile (notice I used the term cell phone - and still they haven't twigged). They obviously think they are on to something despite not catching on to my sarcasm I don't think they are the brightest bulb in the pack so I could use any amusing scenarios you can think of. I fancy being a nun and need them to send me money first before I can release funds to claim my reward
