    Network of Things

The big thing in new Buzz Words is a "Network of Things" or a CONNECTED series of electronic devices!

I am very satisfied with my "Network of Things" as it is. I don't need more devices.

What I need is a "Network of Things" that includes the ELECRRCAL POWER for each networked item!

I have the following things networked in my 3 room Apt. All are connected by WiFi or Cat5 to my router.

    I have power cables running to the following;

5 TV, Some are smart TVs
    3 TV set top boxes
    2 Desktop PCs
    1 WD 4TB Cloud Server
    1 Printer
    1 tablet
    3 Battery Chargers
    1 phone system
    1 shredder
    2 DVDs
    1 Mag Light (Bad eyes)
    1 Set PC Speakers
    3 Electric Clocks
    1 Free To Air antenna
1 Free To Air Set Top Box

That means I have to have 27,that is TWENTY SEVEN electrical outlets in a 3 room apartment!!
I must also be careful not to overload any one circuit!
I have 6 multi outlet extensions! It looks like I have Eagles Nest somewhere in each room!

Where do I put that "Eagles Nest" so the wife isn't upset!

How about the Wizards coming up with a plan to include "Network of Power Sources"

Small amounts of power can be sent over data cables, such as with USB. But for your purposes you really want wireless power transmission. This article is a summary of the state of that technology:

things one does while waiting for pc to fix itself........

Closing Things
This may sound dumb but how do we close some of the new stuff once it is open? I mean if i open PC Settings for example I cannot close it without using the task manager. If you don't end the task it stays running forever in the background. There is no "close" button on the screen and I can't find...

After going through the tutorials on this website/forums I decided I wanted to refresh my install of WDP. The reason was I unpinned a lot of the apps, or even uninstalled them. 1) The problem is that whenever I tried to refresh WDP it always failed. I tried refreshing it by mounting the iso to...
