OMG! I love this show. I'm a U.S. person but this show is addictive to both my wife and I. Much better than US version.

We like these kind of shows anyway. Master Chef, Big Brother, Survivor, Amazing Race.....

For us, better than the canned cop, comedy, drama shows.

Ready to get slammed. :dinesh:

Yup, BBAU is good.

And if there are any Australians in here, please do us a favour and don't vote to save Matt when he's next up for eviction. Thanks. :thumb: ;)

I am more curious why anybody would want to. It is very intellectual, I have no doubt.

Speaking for myself, my favorite channels are the Military Channel, Discovery, Biography, etc; however, every once in a while, I feel the need to take a break and watch something non-intellectual. So what do you watch?

You could say the same about sport... Or music concerts... Or a lot of things really.

Yea, I feel the same way about US football. People spend hours watching it and going nuts over their teams. Not exactly intellectual either. Like they say, whatever floats your boat. Entertainment is in the eye of the beholder.

A search will answer that. Most are pay sites though.

LOL.

Those shows are very different from sports, which involve displays of very high skill levels, which can be marvelled at. Not all sports appeal to everyone equally - I am not a soccer fan, but I can understand those who are. Music has moved people since the dawn of time, it can be emotionally stirring and evocative. Some music does nothing for me, but I can understand those who for whom it does. Cop shows are dramas, they tell stories, sometimes requiring the viewer to guess whodunnit, etc. I don't like all cop shows, but I can understand those who like them.

Watching people wandering around aimlessly, making pointless chat and scratching their arses is different. I can't understand why anybody wastes their lives watching that. You get the same thing from the people sitting opposite on the tube or bus.
