Like the new color changes here on the 8 forums. I use the black over on 7 forums, and it was good to see this is now available here on the 8's.

Thanks for letting me know it was available now.
Might I say there's a bit too much black, maybe some more shades of grey would round it out. It just looks all... black together... doesn't stand out.

I like the wide screen themes.
Black, not so much, lighter colors are easier on my eyes

Would be nice to learn about the new ranks. I've seen a couple of VIP MEMBER badges, for instance, would like to know what that means?

We dont need donations, the other sites (VF actually) pay all the bills.

Not a big deal, but a bug anyway. When looking the subscribed threads, it's not showing the last poster:
To compare and show what I mean, here's the same from forums main menu:

P.S. I like the current attachment system very much. How often have I re-uploaded the same image or zip to SF because I'm too lazy to find it from my previous attachments? This system shows all your previous attachments and allows you to use them instead of uploading the same file once again.

Yep I noticed the same bug where the name of the user doesnt appear in front of their posts.
