Just noticed that the "8 Forums" had started up so I thought I'd join you over here. Playing with the new system and watching with interest.

Mod ... if this is run by the same group, could you possibly import my "status" flags from Win7? If not, no problem.

Hey Lee,

Well, I dunno how much help I can offer about W8 as yet. I've been playing with it a bit in Virtual Box but it's on the flaky side (as you would expect of a pre-beta). I tried to install the 32-bit version on an older laptop but it didn't want to install. I don't know how much I'll be doing with it for now - I'll watch with interest. I honestly don't like Metro that much. I'm trying to ... but they're ugly compared with desktop apps!
