If you saw the latest announcement of the Galaxy S4 you may have noticed that they come with really powerful ARM processors - Qualcom 1.9GHz quadcore and a 1.6GHz octocore.
I would think that these CPUs perform really well. I already notice that my modest Tegra 3 quadcore in my little tablet is very potent. I wonder where that leaves the x86 based tablets. The mobile i5 looks like a lame duck compared to these new processors - and I am sure they will appear in many new tablets.
The rest of the S4 specs are also impressive. I have not yet seen a US price, but from what transpired in Europe I would guess it will be around $750. What is strange is that the more powerful octocore processor is only available in Europe and Asia - not in the US.
