No Emoticon Button. I know most of you folks are busy with other things, but does anybody have any suggestions for this situation.

David, Have you tried to change skins? You can find a drop down box for this at the bottom of the page. Maybe your browser is not supported, I use IE but some others may not work the same?The forum has settings you could try settings/ general settings and see what you can find. I wish you luck with your problem.
