Noticed Instagram, a wildly popular Android and iOS app hasn't been ported to Windows Phone 8 or 7.5.
I created a screenshot of something they could do, based off of a iOS screenshot in iTunes.

Instagram has been the Achilles Heel of Windows Phone. It recently hit android a while ago, and some rumors have it that blackberry 10 will have it, but some rumors also say it's in development for Windows Phone. I personally find it uncouth at times, as some people use phones that NOW have decent megapixels only to make pictures look old and blurry.

When on the web, I see whole forums about Instagram. I used it once, and found my picture quality was very poor. :S maybe it isn't my thing.
