    Hello 8Dreams,

This has no reflection on how many rep points you have. Instead it means that a member that did not have sufficient rep points gave your a positive rep, and it showed as a neutral rep instead because of the insufficient rep points they have. That's all.

The rep you already got from someone that had neutral rep as Brink says, you won't get credited for it in that way, no. If they give you rep after they have past having neutral rep, then it will count.

So the rep they gave you while they had neutral rep won't automatically raise your rep when they have past the neutral rep stage.

They will have to give you new rep when they have enough rep power for it to count. The old neutral rep will never be added.
