It's a hardware issue, which rarely is caused by drivers. I can't even see all of your drivers because the crash dumps are truncated. The few I do see are good.

Recommend you go into the bios settings and set it to Optimized Defaults. Save. If you are using AHCI mode, set that setting back to it and save again.

If you are using mismatched memory, remove modules until that isn't true. Look at mobo manual for proper slot installation in any scenario (i.e. 2 modules, 4 modules etc..)

Update bios to latest, outside of Windows, using any dos based installer the manufacturer may have.

Check the cpu temps. Make sure the heat sink is installed well with proper thin layer of Arctic Silver or similar.

If issues persist, wipe the hard drive with Killdisk, then clean install Windows again. Do not install any 3rd party software until you are satisfied the crashes have stopped.

Interessting deduction... BUT... i'm already using the lates asus bios for my mobo also everything on default settings, my HD have been recently [not longer a week] wiped using the zero fill method of my samsung hd... also memory is not the issue since i can use it problemless on windows 7... computer is always floating on 35-65 ºC so it isnt a heat issue... GPU is working on an avg 45-65 ºC... also not overheating...

I do not use any "booster" programs...

I mean... it only happens on windows 8... =\ Not even on my linux distro partition i got problems...

If you didn't use Killdisk low level method to wipe, it's possible some sort of malware remained, although that is very unlikely.

If you are leaning towards it not being a hardware issue, then the best advice of the moment is to clean install Windows and as said, no 3rd party software installed. Test until satisfied. Install stuff slowly and if issue returns, you can probably tell what you just did to cause it.

I just looked over your msinfo32. I'd probably get rid of XBOX 360 wireless driver and software from the machine for now.

xusb22 Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver Driver Service 22 c:\windows\system32\drivers\xusb22.sys Kernel Driver Sim Manual Running OK Ignore Não Sim

And also, make sure this driver is at least 2009 or later:

mtsensor ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY c:\windows\system32\drivers\asacpi.sys Kernel Driver Sim Manual Running OK Normal Não Sim

It is in downloads/utilities section of motherboard website.

Well... done some testing and... THOSE solutions didnt worked to me... BUT... i found myself 2 solutions witch combined made it stopped freezing:
Opened the cmd with admin rights and ran this command:
bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes

Then add Hyper V server to windows 8 features... and then it worked....

1 day and a half without and freezing...
