BSOD error at startup

I've just started upgraded my Windows 8 CP to Release Preview and start getting random BSOD on startups.
Sometime it happens few times a day or not at all for days.
The error it gave me was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

I found this critical error that might be the cause in the event viewer
It says:




I've uploaded my specs from the dxdiag.
