This is my last ditch attempt to try to resolve this before replacing a HP DL385P Gen8 server running about 27 VM's.

The BSOD has occurred 5 times since 8/2/2016 with no apparent rhyme or reason.

I tried running the DM Log Collector Tool, but the zip file it created on the "desktop" was empty. I assume it's because it's a Hyper-V Server with no GUI.

The server has all of the most recent firmware (including BIOS), drivers and Windows Updates.

Attached are the two most recent mini-dumps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Before the DM Log Collector closes, it has created a new folder on the desktop. If this new folder has files in it, zip the folder and upload it.
warning   Warning
Do NOT close the DM Log Collector as that will result in the folder being deleted!

There aren't any folders on the desktop. It just created a zip file named "HV1-Mon_10_31_2016_145121_55.zip" that is 22 bytes in size (empty).
